The Bournemouth Eye floats above the Lower Gardens in Bournemouth. I still maintain that painting a huge iris on the side would both be completely awesome, and freak the hell out of the locals. You could rename it as the Bournemouth Eye of Sauron. Raise children to fear it. Who the hell is going to commit a crime when you constantly feel like you’re being watched?

Every town needs one of those. Also it should shoot fire and have a water cannon for good measure.
