According to this display in the Science Museum in London, chirophobia is the fear of hands. I have no idea how you can possibly live with a fear of a part of your own body, let alone a part of the body so intrinsic to your physical interaction with the world.

That said, seeing a jar full of hands is enough to give anyone the willies, so I’m not going to judge.
