Some people are afraid of spiders. I don’t know why; I mean I have gangly, hairy legs and a furry, slightly unsettling face and no-one’s scared of me. Although I do tend to gender-confuse young children who are still programmed with the ‘only girls have long hair’ method of gender assignment.
