If you’re feeling adventurous, you can ascend the tallest peak in the Esterel Massif, Cap Roux. At the top you are over 450m above sea level, making for impressive views.

It was whilst climbing this mountain on our honeymoon that my wife discovered I was scared of heights. Today is our second anniversary, so it seems an appropriate time to post this image.

Here, we are looking southwest, back towards Fréjus and Agay Bay.
